Dr. Chambers received his undergraduate degree from St. Thomas University and his Medical Degree from Uniformed Services University School of Medicine in Bethesda, MD in 1982. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Wilford Hall Medical Center Lackland AFB, Texas.
He completed his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at at Wilford Hall Medical Center Lackland AFB. He spent 28 years in the United States Air Force.
He joined Pulmonary and Critical Care Consultants in 2006. Dr. Chambers is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wright State School of Medicine.
